Our Terms

1. Price

Prices include VAT at 25%. Upon confirmed order, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that Tusen rosor AB does not have control over, such as significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. This can apply to, for example, furniture or very similar products that can be sent in envelopes. No other taxes or fees will be added. The price for roses always refers to bare-rooted plant.

2. Buy

When ordering, an agreement on purchase is only made when Tusen rosor AB has confirmed the order through an e-mailed order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without manual review. In the event of any errors in, for example, indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

3. Delivery delay

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier can not fulfill its commitment to us. Compensation is not paid in the event of a delivery delay.

4. Risks during transport

We bear the transport risk from our warehouse to you (ie damaged or lost goods). In order for the transport risk to be our responsibility, you must not remove the product from the packaging in the event of any damage. You bear the risk of any return to us.

5. Shared order

Should any of the items you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other items, we may in some cases split your order. As a customer, you never have to pay more than the agreed original shipping.

6. Payment

Card payment is made in collaboration with Klarna. Klarna guarantees that the customer's card details can only be read by the payment and banking system - no one else! We follow the Distance Purchase Act and when making a card payment, the purchase price is reserved in your account. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. No extra charges when paying by card. When paying invoices, the invoice is attached to the shipment and paid within 14 days. When the purchase is made on credit, a credit report can be taken. The first time you choose invoice payment, the invoice must be paid in advance. A handling fee of SEK 35 will be added for invoice payment.

7. Warranty

Warranty is provided in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

8. Right of withdrawal and open Buy for 14 days

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product and without special reason. This provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, ie unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the product, but of course carefully examine it. Tusen rosor AB applies the Distance and Home Sales Act. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days. NOTE! This does not apply when ordering roses as these are living materials and can not be sent back and forth like other goods. Special knowledge of how they are to be packaged is also required.

9. Complaint

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have a right of complaint for 3 years after you have received the product. Tusen rosor AB applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct report. 10. Privacy, security & personal information

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and telephone number. 11. Cookies
